The Financing Strategy Research Of New High-tech Medium-small Enterprises In Zhuzhou

New high-tech medium-small enterprises are the sources of technology innovation, are the effective carriers of the commercialization of research findings, and also be the new growth point of the country's economy. Zhuzhou, one of the important parts of chang-zhu-tan metropolitan area, is the test region of Chinese Two-oriented society for putting through coordinate reforms. In recent years, the high-tech medium-sized and small enterprises in Zhuzhou have developed rapidly and played an important role in Hunan national economy.In the development process of new high-tech medium-small enterprises,faced with various difficulties,such as the lack of senior management personal, shortages of funds,market barriers and so on. The limited access to financing has become the primary question to the medium-small enterprises, which also hamper Zhuzhou to create new economy growth points. Therefore, it is significant to research how to solve the financing problem for the new high-tech medium-small enterprises in Zhuzhou.This paper studies the financing problem of new high-tech medium-small enterprises systematically; illustrates the definition of new high-tech medium-small enterprises and the differences between them and common medium-small enterprises; analyzes the financing experience of US and Japan taking the financing circumstances and modes as background. Then, the paper takes the Zhuzhou new high-tech industry development zone as an example, analyzes the reasons why it is difficult for the new high-tech medium-small enterprises to get financial supports from the industries themselves, financial institutions and governments, and then raises the methods to solve this problem after comparatively studying the international finance and Zhuzhou's actual situation.This paper tries to discuss the support policies and measures to the new high-tech medium-small enterprises from the government-wide, researches the financial strategies for new high-tech medium-small enterprises from themselves. The goal of this paper is to solve the financial problem of new high-tech medium-enterprises in Zhuzhou and promote their rapid development.
