Provide theoretical support for the analysis of small and medium enterprises in Liuzhou high tech Zone financing management mode and innovation. Then, specifically for small and medium enterprises in Liuzhou high tech Development Zone characteristics and financing present situation analysis, pointed out that the enterprise has the characteristics of small clusters, technological innovation is strong, the growth characteristics of good, but the existing financing policy and the environment is not perfect, the financing channel is single and lack of financing platform, a weak foundation and other shortcomings, put forward to alleviate the innovation strategy the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Liuzhou high tech Zone, i.e. increasing financing mode innovation, do small and medium-sized enterprise financing service system innovation, increase the financing of SMEs support policy innovation, striving to perfect the small and medium-sized enterprise financing platform.
