Protect The Interests Of Farmers In The The Farmers Living Centralization Process

Urban-rural integration is not only a inevitable trend of economic and social development, but also the necessary request of building a moderately prosperous society. Farmers to live together, formed step by step in the process of urban-rural integration, is undoubtedly of great significance for the economical use of land resources, for providing a good living environment to rural farmers, for the implementation of management based on community, and for the promotion of urbanization. However, the issues occurred in the process of farmers to live together, for example, the demolition and construction are excessive, compensation is not in place, and no funding sources, causing not only the lost of the farmers'land but also unemployment and insecurity of life issue. Therefore, in the process of farmers living together, a survey carried out on the interests of farmers and protecting the interests of farmers, are particularly prominent and necessary.We have analyzed the motivation of industrialization, urbanization, industrialization of agriculture, urban and rural, peasant community in the process of farmers living together; We have analyzed objectively the necessary of rights protection and the establishment of the protection mechanisms in the process of farmers together, covering the main indicators of the interests of farmers. This paper focused on the series of measures and policies taken in the concentration of farmers living, the experience and shortcomings existed in the practice, and selected a sample in Wujin District, to survey and analyze changes in the interests of farmers living together before and after farmers living together. On this basis, we have proposed, the further protection of the interests of farmers, the change of the ruling idea of government, deepening land reform, improving the security system of farmers strengthening self-hematopoietic function, and optimizing the living environment in the concentration of farmers living, to improve the level of urbanization continuously, to protect the interests of farmers and ensure social stability in rural areas, building a harmonious, well-off socialist society...
