With China being a member of WTO in 2001, the forest products export trade has grown rapidly. China has suffered from huge economic losses because of the increasing international friction which has aroused extensive attention by the world. Some analitical methods such as literature search analysis, field survey analysis, case analysis are used to analyze the root cause of trade friction which turns out to be the trade protectionism. The status and trends of forest products trade friction which caused by traditional barriers, technical barriers and green trade barriers are generalized. And the conclusion that forest products trade friction has become the main obstacle of further expanding the international market is summed up. Both the outside and inside reasons of the increased trade frictions along with the effects to export trade and the economic effects of the trade friction are further analyzed. The main factors caused the increasing amount of both trade friction case and economic loss are economic globalization and the rapid growth of forest producs trade. Combining the theoretical roots and practical reasons, the strategy recommendations are provided to the Government, associations and enterprises, which contains strengthening the guiding role of government, service role of the associations and enhancing China's enterprises'ability. Game model of property disputes together with the No. 337 investigation of wooden floor lock are analyzed to proove the conclusion that the co-respondent mechanism of government, associations, enterprises is the very effective way of handling the trade friction, promoting forest products export trade and maintaining the normal order of international trade in this thesis.
