The Research On Sourcing Management And Optimization Of SP Company Under Supplier Chain Environment

With the rapid development of the national economy, the polyurethane industry has promoted fast, it has become the fastest growing in chemical industry. With the extensive application of polyurethane, the demand of raw materials become more and more, and the resource is shortage, the cost is getting higher and higher. So it is great significance to balance supply and demand, reduce costs and increase firm competitiveness for domestic polyurethane manufacturers.SP Company is specialized in new polyurethane material's research & development, manufacture and application. Because SP Company is being in the early manufacturing operations, the internal management system is imperfect. Although it has a good operating platform, there are still many problems need to be solved and optimized. This thesis is to research and analysis the procurement problems of SP Company under supply chain environment. Through using lean procurement,strategic procurement and other modern procurement management theory, combining with the lean project in the procurement of raw materials, it develop differentiated purchasing strategies, optimize procurement processes, improve supplier management system, design different order model, and establish a systematic procurement system to improve supply chain management level of SP, and create a favorable competitive conditions. At the same time it is a salutary, worth of exploration to implement lean procurement, and strategic procurement in chemical production enterprises.
