Study On Building Credit Information Platform Of Construction Enterprise

Along with the rapid development of our construction industry, there are many credit problems of construction enterprises. Construction enterprises have the dual roles of buyers and sellers, which are the building producers as well as the demander of building materials, equipments and labors. Building credit information platform of construction enterprises has especially effected on abating or eliminating the information asymmetry phenomenon.At the same time, it can be not only beneficial to construction enterprises or owners to better choose construction units but also prompt the construction enterprises to establish credit consciousness and strengthen credit management to improve its credit level, which should make a contribution to the stable development of construction industry.Based on domestic and overseas existence theories and methods of credit research, combined with the actual situation of construction enterprises, this paper analyzed the concept of the construction enterprise′s credit, indicated that the information asymmetry is the prime reason of credit absence phenomenon .Under the analyses of the construction enterprise′s credit evaluation system,the thesis established the modle of its credit information platform. By analysis the implement mode of foreign credit information platform, the thesis established the implement mode of chinese credit information platform, pointed out the implementation safeguard measures from four aspects of organization,management, technology and economy.
