Emotional management is one of the cutting-edge issues of oorganizational behavior of 21 century. Mood management theory to emotion as a kind of resource to adjustment and management,the purpose is to promote win-win between individuals and organizations. Development of the concept of the management of people requires the organization to give individuals more humane care, including emotional management. Colleges and universities as the important base of higher education, have the major mission of training talent for the country,at the same time as the important research institution of national human resources development, university staff has the responsibility of improving themselves to continuously, to ensure that physical and mental health, better to complete the work of education. Therefore, it is meaningful to study of the emotional management of university faculty and staff.This paper Reference a great deal of literature of home and abroad about emotions and emotional labor,I reference the related theoretical of the home and abroad research systemly, and through the questionnaire survey to understand the emotional status of college faculty and staff to analyze the strength of emotional factors, proposed the methods and the system to establish of the emotion management, and manage the emotion to ensure the healthy development of universities.This article is divided into seven sections. The topic of the first chapter is about the background and significance of domestic and international research trends and the routes and methods of this research. The second chapter describes the basic theory of emotion,mainly disscusses about the definition of emotion, emotional dimensions, emotional function and emotional factors.The third chapter describes the basic theory of emotional management. Discusses the concept of emotional management, the classification of the emotional management, the role of emotional management and emotional management approach.The fourth chapter analyzes the work of profession feature and living situation and teachers and supplementary staff analyzed and summarized the state of reality.The fifth chapter analysis of the detailed of the survey data the of the emotional management, summary the emotional problems of faculty status . The sixth chapter of the emotional management strategies college faculty and staff, the establishment of a positive emotional management system, and on personal emotions and emotional management university organization to make recommendations.
