Emotional intelligence is to show it understands and controls emotions, using emotions tosolve practical problems and deal with interpersonal relationships and empathy and emotionsrelated to psychological and behavioral abilities at work and in life. Empirical research methodsused in this study to explore the structural dimensions of emotional intelligence of junior staffs,its effects on job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, voice behavior, the mediatingrole effects of self-efficacy, emotional commitment between emotional intelligence andconsequence variables, as well as the moderating effects of psychological ownership and powersdistance between emotional intelligence and consequence variables. Study results found that:(1) junior staffs,emotional intelligence is a five-dimensional structure, including thefollowing: sense of emotions, emotions management, interpersonal relationship management,using emotions to solve problems as well as empathic abilities.(2) Emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job performance, organizationalcitizenship behavior and voice behavior.(3) Self-efficacy, emotional commitment play intermediary role between the emotionalintelligence and consequences.(4) The power distance play a moderating role between emotional intelligence andconsequences.(5) junior staffs,score of emotional intelligence have significant differences in gender, levelof education between nature of the job and the nature of the enterprise.
