| In recent years,in the tide of globalization regional economy under the rapid development and regional cooperation trend strengthens continuously. In east Asia region economic integration background,with the aid of ECFA,strengthen the cross-strait industrial cooperation,promote cross-strait economic development at the same time , especially to Taiwan for cross-strait has very important significance.Cross-strait economic and trade cooperation has been three years of history,the industry cooperation between two sides also experienced a sustainable development process from no to have,from shallow to deep,but this collaboration just one-way, only low-end manufacturing industry transfer from Taiwan to Mainland China,and transfer scale and scope is also constrained by lack of system guarantee. This situation is extremely disadvantageous for cross-strait industrial cooperation,economic and trade exchanges also restricted, the more serious is in Taiwan has gradually marginalized in the east Asia economic cooperation. Taiwan will gradually faded out from the international stage,if no measures are taken. But this situation will be changed with the signed of ECFA,cross-strait can establish stable economic and trade cooperation framework, one-way industrial transfer will be changed into two-way even area multi-nation industrial cooperation. ECFA also can develop new space of industrial cooperation,and encourage cross-strait,whole east Asia and even the world economic development.This paper analysis some conditions and the problems in cross-strait industrial cooperation in recent years,begin from status of Industrial transfer from Taiwan to Mainland China. Then analysis what problems can be solved with ECFA signed which existing in cross-strait industrial transfer,and ECFA will improve what aspects in cross-strait economic and trade relations. At last,outlook on industry cooperation space and achievement of cross-strait after ECFA era,and the contribution to the whole east Asia regional economic development by cross-strait industrial cooperation. |
