Resarch On Technology Transfer In Cross-Straits Industrial Cooperation

In recent years,with the mainland’s economic development entering the new normal and the change of leaders in Taiwan,the situation of cross-strait industrial competition and cooperation has changed.The cross-strait economic shift has led to the integration of the current cross-strait industrial division of labor from the initial vertical division of labor to horizontal and vertical division of labor.In addition,with the development of Internet technology,the world is undergoing a profound industrial transformation.Countries are strengthening the development of emerging industries.The global industrial division of labor is undergoing drastic changes.The mainland and Taiwan have successively proposed "industry 2025" and "productivity 4.0".Strategic planning in order to take the lead in the future industrial division of labor system.This puts forward higher requirements for further deepening cooperation between the two sides of the strait,and the technology transfer cooperation between the two sides will play a more important role during this period.Based on this,this article combines the relevant theories of technology transfer and studies the technology transfer in cross-strait industrial cooperation from the aspects of status quo,dynamics,and effectiveness.The study found that the current scale of technology transfer between the two sides of the strait has gradually expanded,the diversification methods have been more diversified,and the level of technology transfer has been gradually increased.At the same time,the technology transfer in cross-strait industrial cooperation has shifted from the one-way transfer of Taiwan from the mainland to the current two-way transfer.On the basis of the objective gaps between the two sides of the strait,companies on both sides of the strait are very focused on using their respective resource endowments to leverage technology transfer in order to extend the product life cycle and maintain the competitiveness of the company.In addition,the mutual complementarity between the two sides has also promoted cross-Strait relations.Technology transfer.The technology transfer between the two sides of the strait objectively promoted the enhancement of the scientific and technological strength of the two sides,promoted the development of the enterprise and upgraded and optimized the respective industrial structures on both sides of the strait.In addition,Taiwanese business investment in the mainland has led to technological spillover effects on the mainland.However,the technology transfer in cross-strait industrial cooperation is still limited by the Taiwan authorities’ policy,weak cross-strait intellectual property cooperation,and imperfect technical service intermediary systems,which are unable to maximize their effectiveness.This requires the cross-strait protection,deepening of cooperation between industry,university and research institute,and the construction of relevant technology transfer service systems to further enhance the depth and breadth of cross-strait technology transfer cooperation,so as to promote cross-strait industrial cooperation to achieve a win-win situation and ultimately promote cross-strait economic development fusion.
