Located in southeast coastal of China, Quanzhou is an important port city, with winding coastline long island, its neighbouring Hong Kong island city and Taiwan .It has many excellent harbour port,and is rich in resources, and has port development location advantages, international ocean shipping geographical environment is good, the harbor industrial development conditions is enough, also undertake the world range industrial transfer including Taiwan and southeast coastal development machinery manufacturing, energy (such as crude oil, oil products), petrochemical, wood, metallurgical and so on.Therefore research of Quanzhou port-vicinity industry put forward the corresponding countermeasures for it are important . But Quanzhou port-vicinity industry is developed in recent years, the relevant data is missed, quantitative analysis of it is difficult. Port logistics is the core development strategy content of port-vicinity industry. This paper uses the strong correlation between the port logistics and interior economy,interior economy and port-vicinity industry to show that through the port logistics demand change influence factors of the research can be mapped to the study of port-vicinity industry, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper firstly expounds on the harbor industry and port logistics basic theory, summarys and analysis the Quanzhou port logistics and harbor-related industries development, explains the status and characteristics are closely related. Through the development of port logistics, the empirical analysis that Quanzhou has the advantage of port logistics, and through the BP neural network for modeling, and forecasts port Quanzhou port logistics demand development tendency in the future years, and on the analysis of model result, makes what pole various influencing factors play in the development of port logistics,.In the end, the article puts forward the strategy of port-vicinity industry development in Quanzhou .
