Port Logistics And Port-vicinity Industrial Clusters Coupling Relationship And Management Optimization

To establish long-term mutually beneficial rather than to simply trust or competitive relationship between port logistics and port-vicinity industries, and coordinate development between them, is the key to become modern port-vicinity industrial clusters. The appearance of port-vicinity industrial clusters pushes forward the fast development of port logistics. At the same time, the rapid development of port logistics encourages port-vicinity industry cluster internal industry chain to improve efficiency. Based on the previous theory studies on industrial clusters and the port logistics, Take for an example of Luzhou Port in Sichuan province,The author uses a combination of theoretical and empirical methods to analyze and demonstrate the coupling correlation degree of port-vicinity industry and port logistics industry cluster.Firstly, the thesis generalizes the previous literature, surveys the status of the Luzhou port and port-vicinity industry cluster ’s development, explore the coupling mechanism and probe into the significance of the coupling,then choose scientific and comprehensive coupling metrics, I construct a coupling prototype of port and port industries on the basis of the particular model(gray correlation improved model).The article selects the representative and important time series data which is coupling relationship between port and port-vicinity industry while Luzhou city,Sichuan province for seven years(2006—2012years),then obtains the coupling comprehensive coefficient between them. Analyzing both the degree of couple, to find out where is not a couple. Finally, according to the empirical results, from the scientific management of view, put forward the management optimization measures to enhance the coupling of Luzhou Port logistics and port industries.
