The used-car market of China is growing fast with a vast potential for future development. But used-car market circulation system still exist many problems which restrict the further development because of the market mechanism.The thesis analyzed the circulation system factors of used-car market in order to reduce the effect of the Information Asymmetry and improve Customer Value. These factors were divided into two classes:one was about law and regulation system and the other was about market. Based on the analysis we discussed how to resolve these problems and achieved the development of the market.The thesis theoretically analyzed two sections from the framework of the whole idea on paper.First, the thesis researched the laws and regulations system with the theory of Information Asymmetry, mainly discussed on main regulations, taxation system, evaluation system. Finally, we summarized the defects of the regulation system of our country's market on the basis of the comparison with America's.Second, the thesis analyzed main factors of the market with the concepts of Value Transmission system in the way of the realization process of Customer Value. This section contained four factors:market function, evaluation and test, transaction process and after-sales service. The thesis summarized problems that existed in these factors and discussed how to solve them.At last, we analyzed the Shanghai Chengxin used-car market as a case.The paper finally proposed used-car market some suggestions for further development. Suggestions were divided into two categories, one was about laws and regulations system, the other was about market.
