Research On Investigation Technical System Of Rural Housing Land In Hubei Province

The investigation of rural housing land is very important event to safeguard farmers' lawful rights and ensure the stability of the rural society in accordance with the principle of the legal ownership, clear parcel boundaries, precise area, complete procedure.That discussion on technical route of investigation of rural housing land and technology and methods of cadastral surveying and mapping technology has certain theoretical and practical significance for the upcoming investigation before the investigation of rural residential land will be fully carried out.The contents of this thesis can be divided into six chapters, the author carried on investigation technical route of rural housing land and the content and method of cadastral mapping with both theoretical and empirical methods. And basing on it, the results of ownership survey were analyzed.The author pointed out most of the current limitations in the cadastral survey and investigation of rural collective land basing on the the range of home and abroad papers identification.There are some problems in theory and practice of rural housing land.Firstly, we probe into the division principle, the identification method of the scope, cadastral coding rules of rural housing land parcel. The numbering method of boundary point, the contents of the questionnaire survey techniques such as routeof rural housing land parcel;Secondly, the thesis established the control method of the rural cadastre residential land in Hubei Province,the grading standards and accuracy requirements of parcel boundary point, the theoretical accuracy of boundary points, analysising on island cadastral map and the contents were above the map and mapping standards.Thirdly, the author verified the implementation of ownership survey, analysising the present status of the Liang ting village E zhou city, pointing out that per capita land area of Liang ting villages is high, utilization rate and building density of rural housing land is low, being given sample survey Tab Then the author discussed the cadastral control survey, boundary point survey, the content and surveying methods of the island of cadastral maps and land parcel maps,and sample map were given. Finally, some suggestion were given to improve the efficiency of residential land use.
