The Development Research Of Leisure Agriculture In Shaanxi Province

Leisure agriculture is the new industry which combine with agriculture and tourism. It emphasizes tourists'experience and participation and play an important role in rural economy development, cultural transmission, ecological environment protection and agricultural modernization. Firstly this article analyzes the conception, characteristics, development principles of leisure agriculture, and then described the theoretical base of leisure agriculture, including experience economic theory, regional competing theory, the land allocation theory, landscape ecology, agricultural industrialization theory and sustainable development theory. Meanwhile, outlines the theories'meanings for guiding the development of leisure agriculture. From different perspectives , using various research methods( agricultural economics, tourism, management, landscape ecology ) to explore the basis developing conditions, status, tourist'satisfaction, the existing problems and strategies in developing leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province .Finally getting the following cionclutions.1.Leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province have the the advantages in regional transportation, natural environment, socio-economic status, folk culture, tourism infrastructure, agricultural infrastructure, etc. Therefore, the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi has a very promising future2. leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province has experienced the initial stage and rapid developing stage, and now has formed modern leisure agriculture which includes sightseeing, recreation, education, agricultural production, and farm shopping ,and achieved a certain economic and social benefits. The space layout combines the points, lines and planes, of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi and can be summarized in a circle, four wires, and three areas.3. Currently, the tourists who participate leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province are mainly day tour with their family by car. The main features are young people, low consumption levels and overall satisfaction is not very high. The key factors that impact of tourist satisfaction are recreational activities, special food, shopping, regional natural beauty and others. 4.there are many problems in leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province, such as single business model, rural environmental degradation, single recreational agriculture products, less well-known ,weak cultural content and low tourism levels, tourist low satisfaction of tourist, blind development,.The position of leisure agriculture in village is not clear, industry chain is not perfect, lack of scientific planning, practitioners'quality is not high and management is not standardized. These issues to a large extent have hindered the further development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi Province.The leisure agriculture in shaanxi province needs scientific planning, mades the clear goals; fully excavates, protects and inheritances local culture, innovatives business model, promotes the organic integration among leisure agriculture, the first industry, the second industry and the three industries, enhances propaganda, makes high-quality tourism products, pays attention to combine development with protection, and strengthen the education training to promote the further development.
