Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Lanzhou

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s income level,the single and boring style of tour can no longer satisfied the needs of tourists to relax their body and mind,integrate into nature and experience different lifestyles.Since the reform of holiday system in 2008,With determination of taking vacation on the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival,The suburban tourism of leisure agriculture,which could cater to the needs of the urban consumers to relax,experience,popularize science and interact between parents and children,has become increasingly prevalent.It has even become an important way to increase farmers’ income,promote the growth of agricultural economy and build beautiful countryside.China nineteenth National Congress of the Communist party proposed the strategy for rural revitalization.The Rural Revitalization Opinion involved in the No.1 Document in 2018 has put forward to cultivate a new driving force suitable for rural development,and to carry out the fine works of leisure agriculture and rural tourism.Lanzhou is the key city in the west of China,an important node city of the “Belt and Road”,as well as the political,economic,and cultural center of Gansu Province.Lanzhou plays a decisive role in strategic development.In recent years,the leisure agriculture in Lanzhou has become an important way to increase the income of rural residents and optimize the rural industrial structure.The support from goverment about industries convergence and in-depth implementation of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy have provided platforms for leisure agriculture in Lanzhou.At the same time,leisure agriculture has become an important choice for lanzhou’s agricultura development.On the basis of combing relevant domestic and foreign research literature,the reaserch uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,The Theory of Consumers,and Supply and demand theory as the basic supporst.First,analyzed the basis of leisure agriculture in Lanzhou.Then,use literature research method and social investigation method to explain the status quo(from supply status and consumer demand situation)of leisure agriculture in Lanzhou.Based on the status quo,summarized The problems and causes of leisure agriculture,the experience of Domestic and foreign leisure agriculture,providing suggestions for lanzhou’s leisure agriculture.Research conclusions: The leisure agriculture in Lanzhou has good policies,economy,society,and technology development basis.And the leisure agriculture in Lanzhou City has begun to take shape.However,the results of consumer market analysis showed that the leisure agriculture in lanzhou still has low reputation simple types,relatively monotonous,inadequate development of characteristic agricultural projects,low degree of industrial integration,and imperfect infrastructure,through targeted problem analysis and experience summaries,fives methords which including increase awareness,cater to consumer demand,promotion characteristic agricultural development,promoting industrial integration and giving policy support are giving to Promoting the development of leisure agriculture.
