With the development of Chinese financial market, commercial banks are facing increasing fierce competition pressure, the development of the intermediate business play an increasingly important role in the stability and sustainable development of the commercial bank. It is imperative to accelertate the development of the intermediate business in China. Price as the core of market competition affects the competitiveness and profitness of commercial bank directly. The ability of the intermediate business will also influence the living and developing space of the commercial bank in the future. However, the ability of the intermediate business at the present time has hindered the development and innovation of the intermediate business, pricing of the intermediate business becomes more and more prominent. Therefore, our country's commercail banks should formulate the intermediate business price scientifically, use the most appropriate price strategy and method, establish a thorough pricing system. It is very realistic and essential to our country's commercial bank improving business structure, gain market advantage, optimize composition of income and achieve management objectives eventually.In the first place, this paper discusses the historical changes of the pricing rights of intermediate business, point out the disadvantage of the government guidance pricing and the advantage of market pricing, by analyzing the internal and external environment of domestic product price, propose the problem in the development of pricing. Then, I analyse the factors influence the price of intermediate business from the internal and external aspects. the paper take the bank card for example, based on the collected data in recent years, quantitative analyse the specific factors influencing the price of intermediate business by using the Eviews sofewarem, in order to make commercial banks correctly grasp the importance of all the price influence factors and direct the choice of pricing strategies.The choice of pricing strategy and pricing methond is a quite important procedure in pricing process. Make the advantages and disadvantages and applicable products clear, by comparing current pricing strategies and methods. After that, I put five different strategies under comprehensive consideration including cost-plus pricing, customer-driven pricing, competition-driven pricing, relation-based pricing and distinction-based pricing strategy. Then I combine product strategy with pricing strategy and put forward that our country's commercial bank should adopt comprehensive pricing strategy.According to the comprehensive pricing strategy, this paper establish a pricing model based on two different management objectives, i.e. profit maximization and selling quantity maximization. This model has considered the probability of success of the product. Afterwards, I evaluate the optimal solution of the programming problem, it makes pricing behavior of commercial banks more standard and reasonable, it also has a certain reference on the pricing behavior of commercial bank.Finally, after analyse various pricing strategies and methods, what this paper has sumed up based on pricing links and processes provide ideas for the actual pricing work. Besides, the paper takes bank card for example and distribute the appropriate pricing method based on its business features analysis.
