Therefore, the study of China's commercial banks intermediate business pricing strategy is of great realistic significance.This article first introduced the present our country commercial bank commonly used three kind of fixed prices strategy: The cost fixed price strategy, the competition fixed price strategy or the relational fixed price strategy, and has carried on the appraisal to these three kinds of strategies. Next in the analysis fixed price power question, separately from the bank property right angle, the market angle and the price structure mechanism angle analysis fixed price power inevitably by commercial bank all reasons, and the application game theory method has analyzed government regulation fixed price invalid and the bank independent fixed price cannot cause the phenomenon which the intermediate business randomly collects fees. And the model that in practical application needed to be solved, such as fixing the financial cost of products such difficulties.
