The Problems And Ideas Of Landscape Project Supervision In Baotou Area

The landscaping has become the key Indicators of Improving the ecological environment, promoting sustainable urban development, and improving urban quality. The landscaping has been attached great importance to countries and cities. On the positive response to the Western Development, the Baotou City, which is a large industrial city in west part of China, committed to creating a national civilized city, garden city, livable city, regional center city. All of these works are inseparable from the support of landscaping and supervision. Based on the local situation and greening, the problems were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed in this paper.1. The landscaping status and practical significance in Baotou region were expressed from the aspects of natural climate, geographical and resource conditions, development and changes in landscape, necessity, features, principles of work direction, implementation, objectives, content, etc. A scientific and realistic basis for enhancing the urban landscape and ecological environment construction, creating a good living environment and investment environment, and promoting economic and cultural development in Baotou was provided.2. Based on the local situation of gardening supervision market, the major problems were proposed. These problems included technical services work of supervision not in place, lack of personnel, supervision market not regulate, lower supervision cost, and weak supervision enterprises.3. Through the research on landscaping and supervision, combined with the practical experience in project supervision, for the problems existed in Baotou landscaping, the follow developing ideas were proposed. The first ideal is the organizational measures that included the master plan, principles, and decomposition of the supervision. The second ideal is the technical measures that included the quality control, schedule control, cost control, safety control, contract management, information management, data management, supervision and coordination. The third ideal is the management measures that included the qualified personnel, regulating the market supervision, raising supervision fees, improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
