Performance appraisal is an important management measures for effective management of the enterprise, attracting much attention in the human resource management of domestic and foreign enterprises. As the engineering supervision industry new urgent need to establish a set of scientific, effective supervision of personnel performance appraisal design. This article uses the literature research method and case analysis method, F is selected as the research object, through in-depth analysis of F company’s performance appraisal practice, strengthen the combination of theory and practice, to provide effective reference for the F company to carry out performance appraisal practice, in order to promote China’s engineering construction supervision personnel performance appraisal theory and the practice of interactive development, speed up the process of performance evaluation of enterprise management personnel in China, promote the sustainable development of the supervision enterprises in our country.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first introduction, points out the background and significance of the selected, literature and case study analysis, pointed out the research content of this paper, set up the construction status of performance evaluation design project supervision personnel from the two aspects, and gives a simple review. The second construction project supervision personnel performance evaluation correlation theories summary. The concept of performance and the nature, the concept of performance evaluation, the content and methods of research, for the study of theoretical preparations. The third chapter F construction project supervision personnel performance appraisal status and problems, from the general situation, organization structure and staff in production and management, human resources, management system and other aspects of a brief introduction to F company; secondly, to explore the problem of F company supervision personnel performance appraisal present situation and existence, mainly for the performance appraisal target is is not clear, the performance appraisal system is not perfect, performance appraisal method is not scientific, work and supervision responsibilities, content and process characteristics are disjointed, lack of effective incentive mechanism, performance evaluation becomes a mere formality. Performance evaluation is designed in the fourth chapter of construction project supervision personnel of F company. First determine the F performance appraisal design process, construction project supervision personnel, then carries on the design to the F performance appraisal company supervision personnel, mainly includes the target evaluation design performance, job responsibilities, content and process of clear, determine the performance evaluation index system, weight, the determination of the staff performance appraisal, the performance appraisal arrangements time, performance feedback and interview. Determine the performance appraisal process supervisor. The fifth chapter is conclusion and outlook.
