| Enterprise efficiency stems from enterprise management, the essence of which is management to human resource, especially to process R&D personnel who possess the advanced knowledge and technology, because they are the carrier of technology. Their level directly determines the status of the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market, thus they are the key to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises. The late development of incentive mechanism in our nation and the ignoring of incentive to process R&D personnel in modern enterprises block the exerting of enthusiasm of process R&D personnel, which affects the market competitiveness of enterprises. In order to change this situation, enterprises need to establish a special incentive mechanism for process R&D personnel different from that for ordinary employees.Based on the research on the Basic Theory of Motivation and the practical investigation to Baotou Beifang Chuangye Co. Ltd., this essay analyzes the existing problems in process R&D personnel incentive mechanism in the company. At the same time, the author has made a salary survey satisfaction questionnaire to find out the degree of process R&D personnel’s satisfaction with the current salary system and their real demands. Around with the existing problems in Incentive Mechanism in the company and the real demands of process R&D personnel, the author puts forward a series of improvements on establishing compensation system based on performance evaluation in salary incentive aspect, expanding the spiritual inspire from organization and enterprise level in mental stimulation aspect, and introducing H-type position incentive and implementing target management in working incentive aspect so as to make the incentive system for process R&D personnel reasonable.An effective incentive for process R&D personnel is fundamental not only in maintaining the company’s core competitiveness, but also in improving the company’s productivity. Therefore, to make improved incentive mechanism can effectively implement, this thesis introduces competition system in the incentive mechanism, establishes compensation system based on performance evaluation, and makes out a system for the use of evaluation results, which can be used as reference for similar staff incentive mechanism reform. |
