Research On Knowledge Integration Capability Of Software Developing Team

As an important part of research on knowledge management, research on knowledge integration is developing to different depth and extent. How to promotion their core competence by carrying out knowledge integration is a challenge to every enterprise. In the process of software developing, there are some kinds of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. With knowledge integration, we can make good use of knowledge to improve the work efficiency of the team. Therefore, this article will do exploratory research on knowledge integration capability of software developing team in order to enrich and improve the scope and content of the theory of knowledge integration, and provides a reasonable framework and practices for knowledge integration of software developing team.First, the reaearch generalizes some related theoretical knowledge, such as the concept of knowledge integration and the characteristics of software developing team, discourses the contents of knowledge integration of every section. The basic theoretical framework of knowledge integration capability is proposed, and the content and problems which should be studied is indicated. Then research presents the constitution of knowledge integration capability, and analys its internal mechanism.The research carries out an empirical study on influencing factors to knowledge integration capability of software developing team with questionnaires and model. With the result of the survey, the research verifies reliability and validity of scale. Linear regression is used to test hypotheses.The research constructs the index system of knowledge interation capability evaluation, calculates the weight of the first level indexes and the second level indexes.Then take a software developing team for example, and evaluate its knowledge integration capability by multi-level gray synthesis judgment model.Finally, the research provides proposals for improving knowledge integration capability of software developing team.
