With the advancement of technology and the sublimation of management concepts, enterprises will increasingly use team to work. Meanwhile, the growing importance of knowledge management and knowledge management focus on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing occurs in the core of the team level, So how to improve the team's level of knowledge sharing will become a business management focus of research in the field. In this paper, a broad access to a large number of relevant research literature at home and abroad, based on the theory of knowledge-sharing, start the comprehensive study of knowledge-sharing from the main body, objects, organizations to research the factors that affect the team knowledge-sharing. This proposed a theoretical model framework to research knowledge-sharing of team, and integrating a number of theoretical study of the concept of knowledge sharing. In this paper, the data analysis based on the gray correlation model, and combined with the AHP model to introduce the gray relational analysis into the research of team knowledge sharing. For the model data, this paper use the questionnaires to request enterprises project team members and investigators relevant with the knowledge to obtain the most direct data. Then, the data obtained into the gray correlation model to find the importance of various factors. This is the work could give the team or organization some guidance. At the end of this article, author compare the gray correlation analysis with the traditional method of mathematical statistics in the research of the team knowledge sharing, and introduce a targeted the methods into the team knowledge-sharing research, and hope eventually to achieve a scientific and systematic knowledge management.
