Strategy Study On Smart Logistics Of Harbin

Logistics industry is gaining more and more attention. Harbin has developed greatly in logistics in recent years, but it also should be noted that there are some problems in Harbin's logistics. Through the analysis of research information we conclude that the sustainable development of the logistics of Harbin can be achieved by the development of intelligent logistics. Intelligent logistics is also the direction of the development of modern logistics. Therefore the author put forward a smart logistics chart, in which information technology integration, development of the internet of things, public logistics information platform,synergy of the supply chain system features,these four main elements combine to build smart logistics in an agent way.This article starts from the technology integration, the process of technology integration is the process of technology diffusion, technology diffusion spread in a "infectious disease" way, first company as an innovator introduced advanced technology, the imitators then imitate innovator. Technology diffusion and imitation, these two factors make the information technology integration significant for supply chain and industry. So then this article discusses the importance of information technology integration on supply chain integration and upgrading the industrial structure. Internet of things is a model for information technology integration, which is also a very important point to achieve intelligent logistics. Core technology of internet of things is RFID, sensors, middleware technologies (SOA, etc.), internet of things can do a lot of things in the city intelligent transportation, real-time location tracking of goods and many other areas.In the part of the public logistics information platform, this article use system theory to analysis government, small and medium logistics companies, logistics parks on the needs of public logistics information platform, the principles of building public logistics information platform, platform's functions and logic structure.In the part of the synergy of the supply chain system features, this article starts form analyzing the externalities generated by synergies, collaborative alliances is formed because of the relationship rent, relationship rent can be reflected through the effects of hidden assets, which can also be reflected by economies of scale and economies of scope. However, synergies can generate negative externalities, so it is important to take care of two elements: sharing resources and transaction costs. Sharing resources makes it possible and increased transaction cost makes it difficult. This article also uses synergy theory to analysis the role of government's policies in the synergy of supply chain system, it is concluded that the government policies are critical which can act as a random flections in the supply chain system's spontaneous process for an orderly system, so the introduction of government's policies should pay attention to the timing and characteristics of supply chain systems.
