With the emergence and development of information technology and knowledge economy, it accelerates the process of global integration and promotes the domestic companies fully aligned with the pace of the international market. Market competition becomes more intense, and the market environment grows more complex, these changes have increased the uncertainty of supply chain management. Both the internal environment and external environment, there is risk factors uncertainty that are difficult to predict the. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the supply chain risk warning mechanism, and it can rich and develop the theory of supply chain risk, while it has a very important practical significance to the enterprise itself.This paper summarizes the current domestic and international rearch about the supply chain risk, and introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of the risk management and supply chain management. At present, the research of supply chain risk warning mainly focuses on two aspects :specific risk management and early warning technology of decision-making. On the basis of analyzing the supply chain process risk warning, this paper establishes a supply chain risk warning indicator system for iron and steel enterprises, and the method of quantitative analysis of the risk situation of iron and steel enterprises.This paper uses a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the combination of BP neural network model to establish the supply chain risk early warning models. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is mainly for the external environment of risk indicators of the steel industry supply chain, and establish a risk assessment model. Through the establishment of evaluation matrix, the risk of macroeconomic indicators of supply chain solutions obtains quantitative values determined from a quantitative point of view of risk levels. For the Iron and steel enterprise's own risk factors.This paper uses BP neural network model to analyze the internal supply chain risk level. This method uses the learning by way of a teacher training model and approach, and use the Matlab toolbox to data projection and simulate. Through the supply chain warning of the risk can help companies to discover the risk management process early, and the companies will have more time to take effective measures to prevent and reduce the losses of supply chain risk ,also ensure the normal operation of the supply chain.
