Iron and steel industry is an important pillar industry of national economy, after the explosive growth of steel production capacity in recent decades, iron and steel industry have had excess production capacity. As the steel market demand and steel prices fall, corporate profits is lower and lower and even losses. Due to the development of the iron and steel enterprises early too fast, it caused the present situation of paying attention to the production and despising logistics, which lead to high logistics costs compared with the developed countries. So in the present stage enterprise adopts the model of the rationalization of logistics to reduce logistics costs, it has become "the third profits source" of the enterprise. Iron and steel enterprises need consider their own situation and the comprehensive factors to choose logistics operation mode, correct logistics decision-making is very important. This paper uses hall three dimensions structure to choose logistics mode.First of all, introduce the manufacture and production logistics process of iron and steel companies, and divides the three system links that is before iron, iron making and rolling, considering the characteristics of their production logistics, into five stages, namely, the links of raw fuel into the plant, processes before iron, iron making, rolling, and outgoing.And then this paper puts forward three important factors of affecting the iron and steel enterprise logistics mode choice, it includes the enterprise logistics level, the enterprise technology confidentiality and the enterprise through put. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with analytic hierarchy process method to do qualitative evaluation of enterprise logistics level and technical secrecy, then its level is determined. According to production process and logistics process of the iron and steel enterprise, the linear mathematical model is used to measure through put of iron and steel enterprise, and through the logistics industry research, the level of enterprise through put is determined.3d selection model of the production logistics mode is built and the hall three-dimensional model is used to synthetically weigh the three factors, logistics mode selection with the enterprise logistics level, technical confidentiality and through put suitable are made.Finally, by using the3d selection model of production logistics mode, present situation of Heilongjiang Jianlong iron and steel enterprises, respective product category and process link of production logistics after capacity planning production are evaluated and mode selection suggestions are put forward.
