Study On Construction-Process Management And Aim Control Of Ybd Residential Project

This thesis gave dissertation on feasibility demonstration, schedule management, quality management and cost management of real estate project by using project management theory of modern real estate as well as my practical experience and understanding in real estate project management. Also the thesis pointed out the problems existing in real estate project management in China at present, expatiated how to apply modern real estate project management to Yi-Bai-Dao Residential project, which was being built by Bei-chen construction development company.This thesis is divided into 5 chapters. Chapter 1 not only expatiated the status of project management and developing trend in global, but also pointed out the research object was real estate project management, the research significance is how to apply modern real estate project management to Yi-Bai-Dao Residential project. Chapter 2, by means of a large number of first-hand data materials, introduced the construction background and social significance of the Yi-Bai-Dao Residential project, meantime elaborated the profiles of this project. Chapter 3 expounded the construction process management of Yi-Bai-Dao Residential project. Chapter 4 research mainly in some aspects needed to be concentrated on for Yi-Bai-Dao Residential project, named project schedule control, cost management and quality management. In the research process, applying project management theories, the thesis concluded and analyzed thoroughly on actual status of schedule control, cost management and quality management of Yi-Bai-Dao Residential project respectively, trying to figure out how it gained success, find out existing problem, deploited out the resource and provided the suggestion for improvement. On base of that,the thesis try to conclude a set of method to manage schedule, cost, quality of the project,so as to reach the aim of improving competition ability and profitable capability. promoting project construction to reach high speed,high quality and high standard. Chapter 5 summed up the relevant research work, debated further more about some main questions.
