The Study Of FDI And Environmental Welfare Effects In The Background Of Low-carbon Economy

The 21st century, mankind is facing the challenge of transforming the economic growth mode, low-carbon economy which is characterized by low power consumption, low consumption, low emission, low pollution is the trend of economic development. Low-carbon economy idea is same with Recycling Economy and Scientific Concept of Development,they are all scientific ideas.Since the reform and opening up of 20th century 70s,our country introduced by a large number of FDI, in the rapid development of the economy,but environment has been severely damagd, the relationship between FDI and economic welfare have been more and more attentioned by the society. In this paper, low-carbon economy is the research background, by theory and practice, research the relationship between of FDI and environmental welfare,and in the mathematics model,put the number of CDM contracts in as a factor innovativly,find the now FDI has negative impact on the environment welfare.But development of the CDM can play a role of make the negative impact on environment welfare slow down, can contribute to improving the welfare of our environment, to achieve sustainable economic development.
