Research On The Low-carbon Economy Environmental Audit

With the rapid development of global economy,we have used more and more high carbon energy,our global climate is becoming more and more unfit for human habitation.In view of this,the implementation of low carbon economy must be started immediately.On the one hand,Human over-exploitation makes the energy increasingly scarce.On the other hand,the high-carbon energy's using releases a large amount of harmful gases.These gases include carbon-dioxide,Most of these gases is a greenhouse gas.For a few decades' global rapid economic development,our environment has been damaged seriously.The British were the first country who put forward a low-carbon economy,low pollution has become the mainstream of the social and economic development now.As an important part of the global economic development,and In order to be able to adapt to the overall trend of the global low carbon economy,our country prepare to Reduce energy consumption of gross domestic product(GDP).Audit in the process of promote the development of low carbon economy has played a very important role.In this paper,I analyze the present of China's low carbon economy-environment audit.I analyze it from several aspects.It includes the low-carbon economy environment audit of the target and content of the low-carbon economy environment audit,the judgment and specific steps of the low-carbon economy environment audit.I put forward the problem of the low-carbon economy environment audit of our county in so far.The problems include the audit main body is not perfect,the audit content narrow,the lack of specialized talents and so on.Then I analyze the reasons of the problems.Then I give an example of Z province,find out the problem and give suggestions,In the end,I put forward the proposals.I give an example of Z province,find out the problem and give suggestions.
