The Analysis And Evaluation Of Corporate Environmental Responsibility Performance Based On Low-Carbon Economy

As economy has developed rapidly, people’s living standard has risen increasingly and the material wealth of the society also has increased ceaselessly. But due to human production and life activity, the problem of ecological environment has become increasingly prominent, global warming, river pollution, environmental hazards event have been frequently reported in newspapers. In order to solve the increasingly prominent environmental problems, on the one hand, the environmental protection departments need to establish and improve the laws and regulations of environmental protection, providing environmental technical assistance. On the other hand, enterprises need to strengthen environmental responsibility consciousness and make environment factor into the strategic management, through the low carbon economy mode and low carbon way of life, thus, it will realize the sustainable development of the enterprises.In recent years, with the rise of a low carbon economy whose characteristic is "three low and three high"(low emissions, low pollution, low energy consumption and high efficiency, high benefit, high energy efficiency),it requests the corporate must take the environment responsibility, establishing scientific and effective environmental performance evaluation system and providing environmental performance information to the corporate stakeholders. But from the existing research, corporate environmental performance evaluation index established by the Government departments has not been a complete system, which, to a certain extent, also affected the corporate in the enthusiasm of environmental management consciousness.This paper has introduced the domestic and international relevant theories about low carbon economy and corporate environmental responsibility, then, it has illustrated the relationship of low carbon economy and corporate environmental responsibility, and looked for the theoretical foundation that enterprises should undertake corporate environmental responsibility based on low carbon economy. Through a lot of research, the paper systematically analyzes the current situation that enterprises have undertaken the corporate environmental responsibility. Based on the international and domestic corporate environmental performance evaluation standards and laws and regulations, this paper elaborates the principle and basis when building corporate environmental performance evaluation index system, what’s more, it builds a set of corporate environmental performance evaluation index system from four aspects:compliance index, financial affairs index, environmental management performance indicators and low carbon index. The paper has analyzed this paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and built corporate environmental responsibility performance evaluation model based on unascertained measure model, and made empirical analysis and evaluation on corporate environmental responsibility performance with C company as a example.
