Upon GDLNG company practice, this thesis studies HAZOP(Hazard and Operability Analysis), QRA(Quantitative Risk Assessment) and RBI(Risk Based Inspection) in the petrochemical and energy industry. These methods are advanced in international projects technology risk research field, but they are rarely applied in domestic enterprise effectively. The company with technical risk management system is even rarely found in China. Based on understanding and digest of these methods, the methods application phase and condition during project construction and life cycle operation are pointed out. Meanwhile, the specific operation method is recommended for project management procedure. HAZOP, QRA and RBI risk analysis shall be integrated into the concept of project cycle for sustainable management of necessity and feasibility.In view of theory and practice combination, HAZOP, QRA and RBI technology forming mechanism and practice method are studied to compare the 3 methods in applicable condition, application environment, suitability area for problem solving, emphasis and method reliability. Meanwhile, by GDLNG case study, the way to initiate and carry out the 3 methods in project management is analyzed.The thesis is also of reference significance for enterprise executing technology risk management and domestic technology risk management consulting enterprise. For enterprise executing technology risk management, the risk analysis pushes forward project discipline procedure standardization and promotes pertinence. For domestic technology risk management consulting enterprise, the weakness of the risk assessment database, the analysis model and analysis software are pointed out in the thesis for further effort in the research.
