Telecommunication industry restructuring and the arrival of the era of all business operation prompted drastic changes in telecom enterprise external environment. How to subdivide the customer groups, implement targeted marketing service strategy become the main problems of the operators facing and the key of generating profits. So the group customer relationship evaluation system research and layered grading lean marketing service implementation has become an important means of competition.This is not only the need of telecoms services improve customer service and value, but also the urgent needs of fine and personalized service in the current complex customer relationship management and network, business coessential competition environment.This paper based on the work of the author and the operating goals and operation ideas of Dongguan mobile.The customer relationship evaluation system of study adopt the innovative "theory + support + operation" mode, thus reaches the purpose of providing with pertinent service, value improvement and market depth operation for corporate clients.This article through the establishment of Dongguan mobile group customer relationship under digital evaluation system, evaluate customer relationship for better.The evaluating result divided the group clients into four categories.The customer relationship evaluation system needs related collaborative system for maintaining and supporting. And the group customer relationship evaluation system is established have other important applications, in addition to evaluate customer relation,Combining the value and service from customer relationship group clients dimensions on comprehensive evaluation result etc. All of these can promote Dongguan mobile group in deepening customer relations and enhancing.
