With the auto market segmentation becoming more and more popular, the automobile company would like to take multi specification & small batch production for more share of market. But to automobile part manufacturing company, the trend mean cost increasing, especially logistics cost. All the automobile part manufacturing company emphasizing on this big issue, how to decrease the logistics cost.This thesis focused on the inbound logistics in Y company, and tried to solve this problem by using the differentiated pull policy & E-KANBAN together.Firstly, based on data analysis on the customer's daily production quantity, this thesis found the trend of the production data. According to this, the inventory model and pull policy of (Q, R), (t, R, s) and (t, s) was chosen to ensure inbound logistics cost saving.Secondly, the thesis combined the pull policy with E-KANBAN model, which is a new inbound logistics method. The pull policy can be implemented successfully depending on the mature E-KANBAN model, and the management can monitor the E-KANBAN and the order by visual method.Thirdly, the logistics platform management was implemented with the E-KANBAN system, including the forecast, production plan, supplier performance, and communication platform. All of those can improve the supply chain's efficiency.Finally, the optimized logistics operation solved the big issue which have lasted for long time, and help the E-KANBAN model operate smoothly in the future in Y company. |
