Research On Application System Of Lean Logistics In Automobile Enterprise

Automobile manufacturing enterprises are facing fierce competition increasingly in their current market expansion.On one hand,the enterprises need to develop new markets,produce innovative products.On the other hand,they have to focus on improving the level of internal management and reducing production costs.Therefore,automobile manufacturers have implemented lean logistics one after another.As an independent automobile brand owner,X Company began its lean production starting 2011.Its lean logistics improvement plan adopted the advanced theory in lean logistics.It has distinctive characteristics of localization.The thesis has carried on Design,implementation and continuous improvement of lean project fitting its own features,based on lean logistics theory & the company's actual needs for lean innovation.The project allows X company to successfully implement milk-run and leading logistics mode,as well as the equilibrium of leveling production and spare parts supply.Thus it enhances the company's logistics management order and initializes the balanced pull of logistics with Pull-style-Kanban as its main character.The thesis thoroughly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing logistic mode,basing on this,it put forward further improvement of logistics using E-kanban system which aligned with the company's growing logistics quality requirements and production efficiency objectives.This thesis designed the key contents of the project,which provided the structure and guidance for the future implementation of the company's specific innovation process.The thesis combined lean logistics theory and company manufacture effectively.It discussed the approach to improve lean logistics appropriate for Chinese independent automobile manufacturers.It could be used as reference for other companies.Presently,there are very limited discussion about the development and application of E-kanban domestically.This thesis discussed the effect and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages on application of Pull-style-Kanban and E-kanban in practical work.It remedies the blanks in the corresponding field to some extent and provides pilot ideas for enterprises with similar issues.
