Studies On The Optimization Method Of Inbound Logistics Of Gac Fiat Automobile Company

Automobile parts inbound logistics is the most complicated part of the automobile logistics system. Starting from the related theoretical research in the field of inbound logistics, and combining with the analysis of present stage of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises on the inbound logistics relevant work methods and practical experience, hope to summarize the implementation breakthrough point and path of inbound logistics optimization, and also to provide feasible theoretical basis and action plan for the enhancing of Gac Fiat inbound logistics level.Through analyzing and summarizing the Gac Fiat inbound logistics present situation, also by comparing with other domestic enterprises, and using FAHP method to evaluate inbound logistics performance, hope to find out the four key problems of Gac Fiat inbound logistics. According to these problems, summarize the short-term Kaizen should focus on logistics operation pattern and information processing, the interim Kaizen should fix attention on produc tion mode optimization and the driving mode of logistics, then propose the corresponding eight key improvement directions: distribution center function optimization, Mike-Run pickup start-up; inbound logistics standardization ascension, inbound related lo gistics system optimization; Production plan flexible optimization, ordering model optimization; inbound logistics planning and process optimization, enhancement of pull logistic mode ratio.The optimizations of Gac fiat inbound logistics need correspondin g team structure adjustment, and also need refining and controlling the Kaizen project node. According to the difficulty degree and different stages of the projects, need to optimize the allocation of logistics resources and management resources. On the ba sis of the WCL seven steps, need to continuously challenge high goals, fix and inherit good experience and practices from the perspective of the process, and need to format mechanism of systemic continued ascension, also to inspire more innovation and creativity, then gradually improve the inbound logistics planning and improvement process. Gac Fiat should strengthen the joint with external suppliers, logistics providers, by working together to optimize the overall performance level of the inbound logistics chain.
