The thesis is to answer the questions from management team of ETI corporate regarding to the decision on developing the China market. Firstly, it is doubt whether the investment of marketing development could be paid back. Secondly, it is very important whether ETI could penetrate into the new market segments and target customers besides Telecom segment, if it is the case then the company will balance the business well instead of heavily relying on one specific market. Finally, it is critical whether ETI could position itself well in the target marketsThis thesis analyzed the external environment of ETI corporate by market investigation and customer visiting, collected the data including market available business value, potential marketing segments and the deployment of the prospects. Listened the voice of customers and understood the customers'request. In this thesis, the writer also made the SWOT analysis for ETI and found out the critical issues of developing the business in China market. Made the right position based on ETI's resources and capability. Meanwhile set up the development strategy of China market for ETI corporate.
