Telecom operators are service-oriented enterprise in essence. It is mostly because that there are many business about services in telecommunications. It is the most important task to improve service system for telecom operators. Along with the transition of Chinese market, customers need more diverse information, the competition becomes more and more intense among telecom operators, which put a higher demand of service for telecom operators.This article is based on the theory of service marketing. Through the survey and interview, it investigated managers of Unicom company and 3G users in S province.Meanwhile it established customer satisfaction evaluation system of 3G services and evaluate customer satisfaction of Unicom company, and further find the problems of service system. For resolving services problems, it established competition model of the system of 3G services.Through a series of work, it can not only strengthen the competition of service, but also perfect service ideas and service system, which can help the Unicom company construct a powerful service platform facing full-service and mobile internet.
