Research On Corruption Prevention Of Changsha In Land Area

Corruption is not only a global widespread concerned problem but also is China's biggest social pollution and a major political challenge. The purpose of this study is that on the basis of analysis of anti-corruption at home and abroad, and according to the existed problems and needs of the situation in the domain of Changsha Land use system, put forwards the plan and specific measures of building a system to prevent corruption in the Changsha Land use system.This study, using a qualitative analysis as the major research methods, through the relevant literature on qualitative research literature, national statistical data analysis and the case study of anti-corruption practice of Changsha land use system, Hunan, thoroughly analysis and exploration of the civil anti-corruption documents, advanced experience in construction of clean administration and anti-corruption in foreign countries, explores China land use system's anti-corruption work should take "prevention of corruption" as the first step.Based on the aforementioned research, this study has come to the conclusion that to build a corruption-prevention system in Changsha land use system, we need to strengthen the ideological preparation of construction, exercise strict supervision, and speed up economic construction, and severely punish the crime of corruption, improve the legal system. So we can grasp the key section in anti-corruption of Changsha land use system, clear the nest of corruption in Changsha land use system. This study has a certain value for Changsha and even China, for the construction of anti-corruption in the land use system.
