Research On The Construction Of Small And Medium Private Enterprises' Prevention Of Corruption

The rational design and effective application of the corruption prevention mechanism have an irreplaceable role in suppressing the occurrence of corruption.With the continuous development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,their market position has been strengthened,and grassroots corruption related to small and medium-sized private enterprises has gradually increased.At the same time,the normalization of China's anti-corruption high pressure has made the corruption of the public sector and state-owned enterprises contained,and the anti-corruption work of large private enterprises has also been suppressed.Has attracted the attention of all parties.Therefore,the current focus of China's corruption governance has become the grassroots public sector corruption governance associated with small and medium-sized private enterprises and the internal corruption governance of small and medium-sized private enterprises.At present,the corruption prevention mechanism of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China has problems such as inadequate legal system,imperfect prevention system,and weak prevention of corruption.After in-depth analysis,it is found that subjective consciousness is not valued,the construction of a clean government culture is not in place,and the organizational structure is lagging behind.The main reason for these problems is that strategy is more important than punishment.Therefore,this article proposes that the construction of small and medium-sized private enterprises' corruption prevention mechanism should adopt three methods of law,system and education,and consider the construction from both external and internal aspects of small and medium-sized private enterprises,namely:first,the prevention of external corruption of enterprises should be based on the law Security,market environment,establishment of institutions and strengthening the construction of a clean and honest culture in the whole society;secondly,to prevent corruption within the enterprise,we should start from the links of system guarantee,process design,establishment of institutions or personnel and internal clean and honest culture construction.
