Research Of Auto Business Park Development Evaluation Based On SCP Paradigm

With the rapid economic growth, China has become a global automobile production and sales country in the world. The impact of national adjustment, urban re-planning, the changes in people's car consumption concept and other factors makes the traditional car sales model can no longer well adapt to the actual demands, therefore, a large number of auto Business Park emerge all over the country. The ability to adapt the environment requirement of this kind of industry clusters needs scientific study and research.On the basis of analyzing the mains characteristics of the auto business park in China,this thesis establishes an extended Structure—Conduct—Performance (SCP) model and then analyzes the development of the auto business park. With the organization and organization characteristics of the auto sales and services industry clusters, the paper analyze the impact of the national policies and regulation, the effect of market structure, market behavior characteristics, the performance of the park development and the social benefit including the human resources, industrial chain affect and regional impact of the auto business park. Based on the above analysis, this thesis builds up a SCP paradigm-based comprehensive evaluation model to measure the auto business park'development and evaluate it in 5 different aspect: policies impact, cluster structure, cluster behavior, cluster performance and its social benefit, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for the distribution of index weight, which bring the auto business park development research to the quantitative research stage. And the example of automobile business park A is taken as an empirical research.The study provides a useful and feasible system to evaluate the development of the auto business park; it gives some advices for the mains process such as planning, exploitation and operation. The study also has the strong guiding sense to the similar industry park.
