The Research Of Innovation Cluster Formation Mechanism Based On System Dynamics

The innovation cluster is a local network organization formed by participation bodybecause of the knowledge sharing and economic gathering. The development of clustereconomic is driven by innovation. Innovation cluster is bear fruit of knowledge economy.Foster innovation cluster is the inevitable choice to improve the cluster innovation ability,promote the economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the state. Nowthe attention of all over the world is on how to cultivate innovation cluster, how topromote the development of innovation cluster, how to upgrade the innovation cluster.This paper studies the formation mechanism of the innovation cluster, it is the need ofeconomic development of our country. This study has a guiding significance.Based on the comperhensive analysis of the basic characteristics of innovationcluster and four different types of innovation cluster, this paper describes and analyzesthe formation route of the innovation cluster and the factors in the process of theformation of innovation cluster. This paper establishes the cycle feedback mechanism offunds, talents, and innovative activities, establishes causality diagram and flow diagramof the innovation cluster formation mechanism based on system dynamics. Theinnovation of this paper is using system dynamics, which is often used to researchcomplex, nonlinear social and economic problems, to study the formation mechanism ofthe innovation cluster. This paper uses VENSIM software to simulate the relationshipsand interactions of each factor in the innovation cluster formation process, usesinnovation to earnings and cluster innovation ability two variables to characterize theformation of the innovation cluster. Through the simulation of the model, this papersimulates the formation of zhongguancun innovation cluster, show the reason treeanalysis and sensitivity analysis of the main factors in the model. The purpose of thispaper is to drive the constantly forming of the cluster under the allowance of the policiesand conditions, to promote the continuous development of the economy.
