In essence, the development of human society is a process of knowledge aggregation and evolution. The innovation of technology gradually becomes the source of modern economy's growth. Many empirical researches show that technology can explain 60% of the difference in regional economic growth. In China's transaction economy, there is a huge transform existing in the development model, which is from by overseas technology to independent innovation. At the first step, China put emphasis on the number of overseas technology; then, China put emphasis on the quality of overseas technology; now, China is rethinking her own innovation ability, cultivating innovation, promoting innovation and sharing innovation. So, research on technology innovation mechanism is rising.This paper begins with the viewpoint of technological innovation mechanism. During the course of market extension and labor division deepening, the innovation action is becoming more complex than before. Standing on the point of innovation, innovation is becoming more and more relying on industrial cluster, not on an enterprise, and the innovation network within industrial cluster is a good example. Labor division is making technology's division being more and making technology's specification clearer. Meanwhile, labor division's development makes enterprises rely on outsource knowledge, innovation of industrial cluster and the network integrates the knowledge. Research on innovation network within industry cluster is some front topics in innovation economics.Firstly, this paper introduces some concepts: industrial cluster, industrial-cluster innovation and innovation network. The particular innovation mode of industrial cluster is its advantageous resource. Industrial cluster adjusts and coordinates innovation source much more effectively and the innovation network is the core mechanism. In chapter 2, the relevant documents of industrial-cluster innovation are illustrated. It is commonly accepted that payment increasing by degrees is the formation reason of industrial cluster. Innovation is the duration of coordinating all kinds of resources. Integration of innovation and the innovation position changing from enterprise to network has been paid much more attention in academic circles. However, the existing studies seldom focus on the advantage of innovation network within industrial cluster from the view of knowledge production. In chapter 3, phenomena layer of innovation network within industry cluster is delineated. The main factors and characteristics of innovation network are illustrated, which indicate the network is a completed system and it can adjust itself freely to the changing outer environment. Chapter 4 analyzes the formation mechanism of innovation network within industrial cluster. Through analysis of the time of network's innovation, the explanation of economic phenomenon shall be put into the whole history. For the network's innovation, its historical background is the evolution of labor's division. Chapter 5 analyzes the incentive mechanism of innovation network within industrial cluster. It is illustrated here that the exchange, share and integration of knowledge are the key points of network's innovation and other factors depend on this. Chapter 6 analyzes the learning mechanism of innovation network within industrial cluster. Many types of cluster-capital lay the foundation for the mobility of knowledge, which include network of labor's division, share of environment and the mobility of information. Obviously knowledge depends on human being and most of those factors are human capital, which are rigid and illiquidity and whose mobility and integration depend on cluster-capital. But not all of the mobility and integration of human capital are beneficial and not all the human capital can move easily either. The special culture and characteristics are the necessary condition that the mobility of human capital can push technology's innovation. Chapter 7 is the case study of innovation network within industrial cluster: Village of Zhongguan. In the last chapter, main conclusions are summarized and policy implications are submitted.The contributions of this thesis are as follows. Firstly, formation mechanism of innovation network within industrial cluster is illustrated from the history view of work-division evolvement. On one hand, work-division brings change and cooperation demand. On the other hand, the competition among individual enterprises moves to the competition enterprise clusters. Then, the industrial cluster network appears. Herein the innovation network formation of industrial cluster is analyzed with game study. Secondly, the distress of tacit knowledge flow is analyzed and the unique advantages of innovation network within industrial cluster to solve tacit knowledge flow are explained. Meanwhile, the conditions and reasons of positive affection to technology innovation are illustrated from the view of knowledge manpower capitalization and manpower capital flow. Thirdly, the stimulating mechanism and advantages of innovation network within industrial cluster in promoting innovation cooperation among enterprises are analyzed. Knowledge division is the power of cooperation innovation demand. Meanwhile, the trust capital in industrial cluster can lower the cost of negotiation and improve the probability of successful negotiation.
