Because of thejudgment standard of this method is too single cause classification results is not soaccurate; so, this thesis studies the solution used for business applys analytichierarchy process (AHP), and combined with the practical situation of businesses,summarized the influence of the inventory management of six factors, using analytichierarchy process (AHP) to optimized ABC classification. Finally, this thesis givesdifferent inventory control strategy to the different classification material, as wellas the supplement of the daily inventory management strategy.Through the study of ChaoJie company inventory management strategy, Thisthesis mainly hope not only can help enterprise managers to making correct decision,but also can be reference for the same trade enterprise which has the same inventorymanagement problems.
