Research And Implementation Of Management Service Composition Based On QoS Awareness

With the prosperity of the Internet market and the rapid development of technology,more and more management services have appeared on the Internet platform.How to select and combine these numerous and single-function management services to achieve more powerful and more satisfying users needs has become a hot topic in academic research.With the rapid increase in the number of management services,the traditional management service combination method has been unable to adapt to the dynamic service composition under large-scale data.Therefore,generating a QoS-aware management service combination according to the user's needs is a problem to be solved in this paper.Based on this,this paper carries out the following work:(1)An improved service composition framework for management service is proposed.Based on the Web service composition framework,the framework combines the functions and service quality of management service,selects and matches services according to users' needs,filters and optimizes the service portfolio,reduces the size of the space,and finally decomposes the global QoS constraints.For local constraints,improve the efficiency of service selection.(2)A two-stage optimization algorithm for integrating the management service combination of the improved cuckoo search algorithm is proposed.The main process of this algorithm is divided into two phases: the first phase reduces the size of candidate services by filtering the top M service composition schemes based on historical QoS and filters out better candidate services for each task and selects the better services.Join these programs as a candidate service.In the second stage,the goal of screening out the optimal individual is achieved by improving the step size of the Levy flight and increasing the group classification mechanism and fitness function.In this paper,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a series of simulation experiments.(3)Based on the above framework and improved algorithm,the user management business service combination system is designed and implemented,and the main functions of the system are demonstrated.
