The Research On Business Process Coordination Mechanism Of Regional Logistics Network

Regional logistics network is the result of the development of regional economy. It is the carrier of the regional logistics activities. Regional logistics network is the center of regional logistics'assembly and diffusion. It affects the development of regional economy; provide support for logistics relationship among cities and towns. It strengthens the fusion within and without the region; enhanced the overall competitiveness.This paper's work is as follows: (1) References study. The present study is presented from individual company's logistics activities and business process, the formation reason of regional logistics network, the coordination areas and process of regional logistics network and the coordination mechanism of regional logistics network. (2) The business coordination content and process analysis of regional logistics network which includes transportation, warehousing, distribution, distribution processing, loading/unloading, and handing/carrying and logistics information. The coordination problem, the target and the elements are analyzed. They are identified from vertical, lateral and compound dimensions. (3)The process coordination model of business process of regional logistic network is presented. It has two layers: plan and execution. In plan layer, there are the decomposition of the task of regional logistics network and the distribution of business activities. In the execution layer, there is the coordination of business process of regional logistics network. The coordination process interaction model of business process of regional logistic network is established. By using it the coordination of vertical and lateral business process is analyzed. (4) A case study is presented. (5) The drawback of this paper's study is summarized and the trend of the problem is forecasted.
