With the rapid development of China’s economy, demand of logistics services for all sectors of economy increases day by day, the logistics industry improves as well.In response to market challenges, logistics networking becomes keyword for the logistics enterprises to enhance market competitiveness. However, the management efficiency of the logistics network is still to improve. The utilization of logistics fcilities is inefficient while the logistics costs stays high level.On the one hand, Chinese logistics enterprises failed in promptly responding customers’ demand due to the lack of demand analysis,on the other hand, the resources of logistics agents have not been effectively exploited, which still need more effective dynamic integration.Numbers of studies have been found about logistics network content, information network, organization and infrastructure network etc.. Based on the studies, this paper made an attempt on theoretical exploration of dynamic integration, and try to provide some advices for operating practice:1. The logistics network modes in the information ageNetworking is the trend of logistics industry. The paper built four modes of logistics network dynamic integration, which effectively integrated resources by using information technology and network, formed a network service system, which can quickly respond to customers’ demand.2. Process study of logistics network resources dynamic integrationThis paper analysed the logistics network dynamic integration process based on the MAS theory and the four modes designed in Part1, simulated the networking process, therefore, made the basic rules of process operating.3. Models of logistics network resources dynamic integrationThis paper developed logistics network fast response model, which supported the most satisfied delivery time, and provides a heuristic algorithm as a reference for solving dynamic integration problem. Finally, a numerical example is given as a empirical study.4. Evaluation system of logistics network resources dynamic integrationA logistics network resources dynamic integration ability evaluation system is constructed in this part, which included three layers and19indexes, considering four factors, network properties, management effect, response efficiency and information transmission, as the main indexes. The last numerical example gives a demonstration for the logistics network resources dynamic integration ability evaluation system and its fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.5. Case studiesBy analysing cases of Road Port logistics parks, we identify the reliability of the integration mode, process and ability evaluation of the logistics network resources in the background of the informatization.
