Economic globalization trend is irresistible, especially in 2010 China joined the WTO, theeconomic integration between China and the World is higher and higher. Meanwhile, China isalso facing increasingly fierce competition in international markets. To effectively respond tothe situation, china should strive to improve their competitive advantage in related industries.And the most effective way to improve the industrial advantages is to develop industrial clusters.China's industrial clusters are mainly concentrated in the southeast coastal areas, especially inJiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong province. Most of the industrial clusters in theseareas have already entered the stage of maturity or relative maturity which are located in the highend of industry chain, showing a high market share. Industrial clusters in the central and westernregions of China are far inferior to the southeast coast both in quantity and development degree.For the serious deficiencies in capital, technology and other aspects, these industrial clusters andbusiness they contains, are still focused on the development of the scale of clusters or enterpriseand technical strength, but had not realized to establish its own brand, not to mention a brand'seffect on promoting industrial clusters. So it's necessary to study the relationship betweenindustry cluster and brand effect to enhance the importance of brand, which will make ourmidwestern industry cluster have faster and better development. Previous experts and scholarsstudy industry cluster and brand effect separately, only very few scholars analyze industry clusterand brand effect together, but not study the relationship between industry cluster and brand effectspecifically.In this paper, I will analyze the interactive relationship between industry cluster and brandeffect theoretically, and prove that the two indeed have close relationship through specific data.First of all, I will set clothing industry as an example from its micro level to verify the interactiverelationship between company (product) brand effect and industry cluster by establishingmultiple linear regression model of industry cluster's sale and income. Then I will summarizebrand's different performance in various stages of life cycle of industry cluster, and identified thestages of life cycle of the three industrial clusters ( Tao city rubber, Anping wire mesh andDaying fur) which have famous regional brand in Hengshui city from a quantitative point ofview. Meanwhile, I am going to set up a regional brand evaluation index system and analyze therelated index data of the three industrial clusters by SPSS software, and ultimately get theregional brand value of the three industrial clusters. By comparing the result of empiricalanalysis, I will verify the interaction relationship between industry cluster and brand effect.
