In1990Michael Potter pointed out that the industrial cluster is a common phenomenon inthe process ofindustrialization development,and improve the clusterexpansion is not onlyconducive to the development of local economy, but also promote the prosperity andprogress of national economy. However,the degree of development of industrial clustersin China is limited,the industrial cluster brand development is relativelybackward,the effect of industrial cluster has not fully played out,the industrial cluster tothe economic development to promote the role played very limited.Therefore,need tocontinue the development of industrial clusters in China,let China’s industrialclusters tend to brand, to fully play its important role in the industrial cluster. Extensionof regional brand is the height of the development of industry cluster based, but alsoconducive to further promote the rapid development of industrial clusters. Acomplementary relationship exists between industrial clusters andregional brand: industry clusterdetermines the characteristics of the development ofregional brand,the development of industrial cluster is aregional brand development; andthe good development of regional brand will set a good image for the industrycluster, has attracted many resources to industrial cluster,which is beneficial to thedevelopment of related the domestic and overseas market, to expand market share.In thispaper,the industrial clusters and regional brand as the theoretical basis, the industrialcluster and the regional brand theory are explored further study and analysis, the studyfound the theory of industrial clustersis in the more distant,the lack of theoreticalresearch on the latest regional brand,for the studies of foreign scholars do not tend to beconsistent, the less research and less. In the process of interaction between the two,qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis is relatively less.The main part of this paper isthe analysis of the Inner Mongolia agricultural and livestock products processingindustry clusters and regional brand interactive relations,the development of InnerMongolia in the present stage,industrial clusters with ten clearclassification,each clusterhas its own characteristics, so this paper first analyzes thecharacteristics,Inner Mongolia agricultural and livestock productsprocessing industry cluster advantages,status,secondly analyzes the formation basis andcharacteristics of regional brand Inner Mongolia agricultural and livestock productsprocessing industry cluster development based on the analysis of the interaction, the relationship between the two, and put forward the interactive developmentprocess meetsquestion.
