Study on this basis, we propose a comprehensive framework for information technology, and design the Safety Management Platform including intrinsic safety management system, security monitoring and management system, and mine personnel management, scheduling, communication system, design Financial and Business Management platform including financial management system, material supply management system and human resources management system, design Materials and Products Control Platform including materials product management systems, quality management and transportation management, and what's more, the paper designs the Nissin Results Assessment Management System.By the construction of information in ShenHua WuHai Energy Company, centralized management and control are realized in products, funds, equipment, manpower, sales and other respects, which improves the company management level, strengthens safety in production, improves product quality, and reduces production costs. What is more, a strong foundation has been laid for the future development of the company.
