Research On Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company 's SAP Project Implementation

As the market competition is more and more fierce in the long run, how enterprises can improve their ability to compete, timely response to the change of the market, and to make correct and effective countermeasures are very serious subjects in front of enterprise. Most companies realize that if they want the business to develop continuingly and make themselves in an impregnable position to improve its soft power, enterprise informatization is a rite of passage. Only through the enterprise information can make the fund of enterprise flow, logistics, information flow together, so as to build a highly shared information management platform.thus they can provide accurate data for the leadership decision-making basis and operational analysis technical support. And ERP as a logistics can be, flow of money, information flow management can conduct a comprehensive integration of management information system, and adopted by enterprises from all walks of life. Therefore, this paper tries to select the SAP software, which is the world number one ERP software, in the implementation of the SHENHUA WUHAI COAL GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED as an example, combining with the actual business to study the application of ERP system in the enterprise.In this paper, by using literature method, survey method, case study method of the implementation of the SAP for shenhua wuhai energy company. Specific content includes the following four parts:1.analyzing the informatization of the SHENHUA WUHAI COAL GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED and management status;2.introducing the main functions of the SAP system;3.analyzing the difficulties and countermeasures in the process of promoting online:4.summarizing the problems after the SAP on-line, experience, improving the efficiency of enterprise management, and providing decision-making reference for other enterprise’s information construction.
